Your mission
As Executive Assistant at Sunst, you support the studio leadership in maintaining clarity, structure and momentum across a fast-moving creative environment. Working closely with the founders, you help organize priorities, coordinate internal topics and ensure that important discussions translate into clear actions and follow-ups. This role sits at the intersection of leadership support, studio operations and project coordination. You help structure information, connect teams and keep topics moving across the studio.
Rather than purely administrative support, the role requires someone who understands how creative studios and projects operate — and who can bring clarity and organization to dynamic workflows. You are reliable, proactive and highly organized, with the ability to anticipate what needs attention before it becomes urgent.
Scope of Responsibility
Leadership Support
- Support the founders in structuring priorities, preparing meetings and organizing follow-ups
- Prepare documents, notes and materials for internal and external meetings
- Help translate leadership decisions into clear next steps and coordinated actions
Studio Coordination
- Support the organization of internal topics and initiatives across the studio
- Help maintain clarity in communication between leadership and teams
- Keep visibility on key discussions and ensure topics continue to move forward
Project Coordination
- Support project leads and creative leadership in structuring project communication and internal alignment
- Maintain visibility on timelines, responsibilities and key deliverables across ongoing projects
- Help ensure that follow-ups, decisions and next steps remain clearly documented and communicated across teams
Operational Support
- Support the studio in maintaining internal structures, documentation and workflows
- Assist with organizational and coordination tasks across the studio when needed
- Contribute to keeping the overall studio operations running smoothly
