Your mission
As Creative Director – Design & Experiential at Sunst, you lead how brands are translated into immersive experiences – across space, activation formats, and digital layers.
Your work moves fluidly between physical environments and broader experiential ecosystems. You build visual worlds and translate brand strategy into clear aesthetic systems across campaigns, objects, environments, and activations.
This role is about authorship and creative direction.
You don’t design individual assets – you define the visual language and creative logic that connects them. From concept to execution, you guide projects creatively, establishing strong visual principles and ensuring clarity, cultural relevance, and design integrity throughout.
Scope of Responsibility
Concept & Spatial Narrative
- Translate brand positioning into spatial concepts and design systems
- Craft experiential narratives and design meaningful audience journeys
- Create mood, atmosphere and spatial dramaturgy
- Design immersive moments that feel culturally relevant and contemporary
Design Development
- Lead and define spatial and experiential concepts from initial idea through final realization
- Articulate design intent clearly through sketches, references, diagrams and visual frameworks
- Provide strong design direction to graphic, motion and production teams to ensure highest visual quality
- Maintain conceptual and aesthetic integrity throughout the entire process, from pitch to implementation
Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration
- Work alongside Project Managers, Producers and external partners
- Align creative vision with technical feasibility
- Participate in workshops and client-facing concept presentations
Creative Integrity
- Protect the core idea through all development phases
- Refine concepts through iteration and critique
- Maintain a high level of design clarity and precision
