Sunst Studio is looking for a Senior Creative Lead to join our team in Berlin Kreuzberg. In this full-time role, you’ll take the lead on a high-impact account, shaping concepts and steering creative excellence from start to finish. You’ll work closely with producers, guide our talented team, and help deliver work that’s bold, refined, and rooted in cultural relevance.

• You’ll lead the development of design concepts—sketching ideas, creating design directions, and crafting thoughtful briefs that keep the team aligned and inspired.

• You’ll collaborate closely with the producer, shaping the creative vision and making sure the work consistently hits our high standards.

• You’ll own the creative production process from top to bottom—keeping a sharp eye on every detail as ideas evolve into final deliverables.

• You’ll build polished, impactful presentation decks that clearly communicate creative intent—for everything from brand activations to broader concept pitches.

• You’ll lead conversations with clients, presenting ideas with confidence and helping them connect with the vision behind the work.

• You’ll support and mentor the design team, creating space for experimentation, collaboration, and creative growth.
